How does TopFracs pricing work?
TopFracs pricing is based on the level of expertise and engagement scope you choose – Launch, Scale, or Dominate – with expert rates transparently structured and aligned to experience and impact.
Is there a long-term contract required to be signed?
We do need clients to sign an agreement with us, but it’s more about putting a structure around the engagement instead of rigid lock-ins. Every project is governed by a separate SOW. The 14 day trial period is totally risk-free, which means you can cancel anytime within that period, and get a full refund for any unused hours. Cancellation terms beyond the trial period are easy as well, with one month’s notice required before termination.
How quickly can we get started after choosing a plan?
Most clients are matched with a thoroughly vetted expert within 48-72 hours of signing the agreement, enabling rapid onboarding and activation. Subsequently, you may assess fit and expertise in an intro call with the expert matched. For any reason if you are not satisfied, no problems – we do a rematch at no additional cost to you. We then proceed to scoping the engagement. So actual work commences – along with the trial period – in about a week’s time, from the date of signing the agreement.
Can we upgrade or downgrade plans later?
Yes. As your business evolves, you can transition between Launch, Scale, and Dominate based on changing needs and growth maturity.
Do you charge a placement or recruitment fee?
For the fractional talent deployment model, there is no placement or recruitment fee. However, we do also allow clients to hire a TopFracs expert full-time if needed, for a one-time fee.
What happens if the expert is not the right fit?
TopFracs maintains a 95% first-match success rate, and if needed, we will rematch you with another thoroughly vetted expert at no additional cost.
How are TopFracs experts vetted?
Experts undergo profile and portfolio review, structured interviews, real-world test projects, TopFracs’s Advisory Board member’s / top industry expert’s evaluation, and continuous performance monitoring. Only the truly top experts are selected and retained with inputs from clients based on their engagements.
Are TopFracs experts freelancers or full-time employees?
Our experts are independent, senior-level professionals who work on a fractional or project basis, providing flexibility without the overhead of full-time hiring. The are not TopFracs’s employees.
Do TopFracs experts work across time zones?
Absolutely. Our experts are accustomed to working with distributed teams and global companies, ensuring smooth collaboration regardless of location.
How does prepaid billing work?
At the start of each engagement cycle (typically monthly), payment is processed in advance, after which the assigned expert begins or continues active execution. This allows us to reserve senior-level expert capacity, maintain commitment on both sides, and ensure structured delivery timelines.
